Short-Term Stay After Hospital Admission
Patients that have been admitted to a hospital for a minimum of three nights may have the option for a short-term stay in our center to receive 24-hour Nursing care and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy up to seven-days each week. Patients may also request a short-term Respite in-patient stay for periods of a few days to several months.

In-Patient Residential Stay
Patients that require a permanent in-patient stay may be admitted from the Hospital, Assisted Living Facility or Home after receiving an admission order from their primary physician.

Specialty Programs

They keep me informed of her medical status and contact me if there is an immediate concern. The Business Office is always helpful if I have any financial questions. I live out of state. The activities Director Natalie helps me to interact with my sister through video calls. It helps so much to be able to see and talk with my sister. I am very grateful to all of the staff for providing care for my sister.

[review] => Tiffany Hall is as beautiful as your own home. Staff treat their residents as family members and guests are always welcome. Residents have time to spend their days doing activities and events that are part of the community. Now back to the Staff! Careful planning is taken at each quarter to develop activities and events for their residents, Natalie and her team do an excellent job at doing things that give residents joy and happiness. I would highly recommend this facility and encourage you to take a tour with your family to see what I’m talking about.

[review] => My mother stayed at this facility, I live out of state when she was transferred I was not able to be there. The staff made me feel comfortable even though I was not able to be there the first few days. I spoke with them by phone they said she would get therapy and her insurance was covering her stay. When I arrived I felt like I knew them all, they were so welcoming from front desk to the staff on the floor asking about my trip and how it went. I walk in mom's room she was smiling saying everyone is so nice here. What a relief! As a child far away and not being there I felt helpless. To see mom smiling seating up in the chair and making the best out of situation was priceless. THANK YOU!!

Not to outdo the friendly staff who cared for my family member when needed assistance while Rehabilitating. The workers there are very caring and loving.

[review] => My Mother Martha was admitted the 2nd week of June 2023, and passed into her Heavenly Home on August 1, 2023. She was admitted through Vitas Hospice for comfort care. She had broken her back to the point it had bone fragments floating around. It was not repairable due to to her severe osteoporosis, she was in pain such as no person should ever have to experience. From the beginning the staff were so caring and compassionate all the way to the Administrator. Mom was not able to get out of bed due to the pain she was in, and needed alot of help even with eating. The nurses, and aides as well as hospice did a tremendous job of being as gentle as possible with her.
The staff were also caring and compassionate with us as her family. They never seemed to get irritated with us when we would request certain things, but were always accomodating.
They genuinely treated Momma as if she were their own Mother or Grandmother, to the point of even calling her Momma, or Grandma.
The night Momma passed the nurses were right there and full of compassion.
Many stood out specifically, but to name them is too much.
We had heard all the horror stories of other facilities, but did not experience any of that here. The facility itself is an older facility, but kept very clean.
We will forever be grateful to the Nurses and Administrator for everything.

[review] => I have a huge appreciation and love for all the entire staff of Tiffany Hall Rehabilition Center. I want to give a Special hat off to Garret the Occupational Therapist and Drill Sergeant Mary Lou Physical Therapist for the tough love they gave me. This is what I needed to get out of there. Also, special thanks to Mr. Dave who took care of medications, the Social Worker who went above and beyond, Miss Ilyne the activity person, Sean Fabian, Traci, Nadine, Adriane all the nurse, CNAs and cleaning crew. The entire staff of Tiffany Rehabilition Center, these wonderful people went above and beyond what was required of them. It is true that one should never judge a book by its cover because, the nurses, therapists, and the staff certainly made up for what the building lacked. For those intuition like Lowes, Home Depot, this place can use some help with maintenance. Just a little. Do a good deed a lend a hand.
As a veteran I give an A for the care they offer to us. I salute you all and thank you for a job well done.

I am so thankful for all of their dedication. I didn't have Marlene, Edith, Sharran (sp), or Mary Lou for OT or PT this stay but they all welcomed me each day with kindness and beautiful smiles.
It was always uplifting to see Ilene pop into OT to visit. She was uplifting and a pleasure to chat with.
Sondra was so kind to accommodate my dietary needs. The special Italian meal was exceptional and absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the whole evening of good food and entertainment.
I can't remember the sweetheart that weighed me several times but she was a pleasure to talk to.

PT and OT staff were very professional and provided excellent care. Kendra, Brian, Corey, Jarred, and Fabian consistently strived to improve my mobility and prepare me for a successful discharge. I am so thankful for all of their dedication. I didn't have Marlene, Edith, Sharran (sp), or Mary Lou for OT or PT this stay but they all welcomed me each day with kindness and beautiful smiles.
It was always uplifting to see Ilene pop into OT to visit. She was uplifting and a pleasure to chat with.
Sondra was so kind to accommodate my dietary needs. The special Italian meal was exceptional and absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the whole evening of good food and entertainment.
I can't remember the sweetheart that weighed me several times but she was a pleasure to talk to.
A big thank you to the front desk staff for bringing the things I ordered from Walmart to my room.

[review] => My husband was very weak and really needed help to recover from first a stroke and then a complete digestive blockage so he lost a lot of weight and a very sick digestive system. I know all of the rehab facilities had help problems, I chose Tiffany Hall by the reviews. Eva the speech therapist followed Bill’s progress all of his 2 weeks. I don’t know all of the names he was in 213B but all of the people that helped him gain strength and make sure he was fed properly did a great job seeing him to his road to recovery. Please see that these people know they are appreciated.

The nurses are second to none, always patient & willing to answer all our questions. The aides are some of the best I’ve ever seen; they were so very kind to our mom, we were all treated like family.

[review] => It has taken me over a month to write this, to gather my thoughts. I am heartbroken that I put my Mother in this facility. It was the worst experience for my Mother not to mention me, her daughter. Unfortunately she did pass away a week after being taken away from there in an ambulance. First off the staff is horrible. I will give a shout out to 2 LpN’s, Robyn and Ashley and an aid we had the last day, Josie. But their kindness is restricted by the administration there. I pray they find new jobs. My Mother had to be on oxygen 24x7, no exceptions. The day after she was admitted, I walk in her room to find her in the bathroom holding on to the grab bar for dear life fighting for air, no oxygen on while the aid dressed her. I said, hey she can’t do that she needs her oxygen, the aids response, “she is ok.” I went right to the front desk and had “administration people” in her room assuring me this would not happen again. That was a bold face lie. It did happen again and it happened a 3rd time being pushed up to the “nurses” station to be weighed. She passed out in the chair. These are Incidents that happened while I was there, I shutter at the thought of what was done, or lack there of, while I wasn’t there. On the day she left in an ambulance I was there until 11:15am, came back at 4pm with her right arm so swollen, red and hot and in pain and no one noticed this. They don’t check these patients, they look in the door and walk away. At this time LPN’s come to look and ask me if I want her to go the the hospital. Really? You are the medical professionals, supposedly. Needless to say, I wanted her out of there as fast as the ambulance could get there. To add a little insult to this whole experience, I wrote a check for her to have her hair washed and dried on the Friday the hairdresser came in, she was gone by then, and I shake my head that the check was cashed. If I could do zero stars that’s what this facility deserves.

I called to speak to director of nursing (DON) prior to her coming into the office for the day as it was a time sensitive matter. I anticipated a call back in the morning hours. I was told she had a meeting shortly after coming in.
I called back on my lunch hour as I hadn’t had a call by that point. At that time I was told she was in an interview, I’d receive a call after. No call.
My father was DC from the hospital & pending transfer to Tiffany Hall - after I expressed a concern I had.
Hospital needed an answer by 4, and I still hadn’t heard from DON.
I called back at 3pm, she was unavailable as she was “with administration.” I was told I would get a call back.
I didn’t get a call until about 3:30. After calling 3 times. Unacceptable considering I reached out first thing in the morning.

One of my biggest pet peeves is people not taking the time to properly pronounce my name, it’s French, so I admit that the spelling is a bit misleading. [review] => I am in the home health industry, and have seen multiple successes from rehab at Tiffany Hall! We love working with Ronald the social worker, he is a rock star at what he does.
Ronald in social services is an absolutely wonderful and caring person and treats his patients as family. He always makes time for the family members and patients with a patient and heartfelt solution to their concerns or needs. I have seen him go out of his way multiple times to make sure that his discharging patients have everything possible for a safe and successful transition home.
I highly recommend that if your family member is looking for rehab, check out Tiffany Hall!!!

[review] => Let me start by saying that I never or rarely provide reviews but this facility and staff deserve it. Initially we spoke with Jennifer the intake specialist, who set the tone for a professional and pleasant experience. They arranged transportation for our family. When coming into a nursing facility the feeling is of concern and dread that "my loved one is not at home". I didn't realize it at first but having a smiling helpful face helps tremendously. Genesis is always smiling and eager to help. Carless in the business office is very knowledgeable and helpful and provides valuable direction in this time of uncertainty. I don't want to miss the chance to pat Melissa on the back for being able to help with billing questions at a moments notice. The treatment team was fabulous and really made us feel heard and seen. Upon discharge facility Social worker Ronald stepped in and set up discharge care for our family. He was caring and detailed. At the end of our time with Tiffany hall. Therapy program was excellent DON, and Admistrator were evolved and ENGAGED. My family genuinely felt taken care of. Thank you so much Tiffany hall for providing stability and safety in our time of need.

[review] => I worked as an assistant to the CNA on Friday, March 25th, this being my first hands on experience with residents in a health care facility. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The staff bend over backwards to care for their residents, to keep them comfortable while also making sure they avoid injuries, infections, that they stay clean, they eat what they can, etc. The CNA I worked under, Rosita, was amazing in caring for her patients. She was friendly, patient, and playful. She is devoted and hard-working.
Talking with the residents was also a very memorable part of my stay there. You guys are doing great!

[review] => My mother was admitted into the rehab side back in late September 2021 and transferred over to the long term care side in December of 2021 our experience on the long term side has been very good ,they take really good crea of my mother she is always clean ,fully dressed and her room is always clean and doesn’t smell like some facilities that I have been to, Her CNA ( Lunda) is amazing she is always cheerful and very attentive to my mother makes sure she is comfortable always, Natalie the activities director is so sweet and always in courage’s my mom to participate in the activities that are going on, Jessica in house keeping always enters my moms room with a smile and takes a little extra time to say hello to her and how is she doing ,now that they have Covid some what at a low my mom gets to eat in the dining room and really enjoys that and she really likes the food, Tiffany hall has been a blessing for my mother and the rest of our family just to have the peace of mind that she is safe and well taken care of I would recommend any one looking for a long term facility to check this place out yourself you won’t be disappointed, thank you to all the staff for taking care of our mother , and a special thank you to Diane for making it all happen for us we are forever greatful.

These folks truly care about their residents and patients. They treat each patient with respect and allow the dignity they deserve. They are masters of their profession. CNAs continued to improperly move patient compromising and care or improvement. My sister has been a patient at Tiffany Hall for over three years. The nursing and support staff are superb. They keep me informed of her medical status and contact me if there is an immediate concern. The Business Office is always helpful if I have any financial questions. I live out of state. The activities Director Natalie helps me to interact with my sister through video calls. It helps so much to be able to see and talk with my sister. I am very grateful to all of the staff for providing care for my sister.
